Added Discord integration 
Check `config.ini` for more details.

Also now `private` posts are not forwarded. That may be changed with
filters (coming sometime soon).

Configuration: check `config.ini`
Run:
    python3 -m virtualenv venv
    source venv/bin/activate
    pip install -r ./requirements.txt
    python3 -m mastoreposter config.ini
